Dust Bowl, Kansas. A monochrome world of hardship where the sun beats down on endless fields, and dreams are as scarce as rain. We find young Dorothy Gale, her heart brimming with longing for a world beyond the horizon. The Wizard of Oz Movie Storyline

In the heart of Kansas, young Dorothy Gale dreams of escaping her mundane farm life. A violent tornado rips through the prairie, sweeping Dorothy and her loyal dog, Toto, away to the vibrant and fantastical Land of Oz. Upon arrival, she learns she’s inadvertently killed the Wicked Witch of the East, incurring the wrath of her vengeful sister, the Wicked Witch of the West. Guided by the good witch Glinda, Dorothy embarks on a perilous journey down the Yellow Brick Road to seek the help of the Wizard of Oz in the Emerald City, rumored to possess the power to send her home. Along the way, she befriends a Scarecrow longing for a brain, a Tin Man yearning for a heart, and a Cowardly Lion desperately seeking courage. Together, they face numerous challenges, including encounters with menacing winged monkeys and the Wicked Witch’s relentless pursuit.
