Ikkis Movie Storyline

Thirty years after the devastating 1971 Battle of Basantar, where he made the ultimate sacrifice, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, India’s youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient, is remembered through the poignant journey of his father, Brig. Madan Lal Khetarpal, played by Dharmendra. Driven by a need for closure and to revisit the hallowed grounds that hold his son’s memory, Brig. Khetarpal undertakes a deeply personal pilgrimage to his ancestral home and alma mater, which now stand in post-partition Pakistan. Accompanied by his close friend and former comrade, Brig. Jaan Mohammad Khan, portrayed by Jaideep Ahlawat, he navigates the complex emotions of loss, remembrance, and the lingering shadows of war. As he walks through the familiar yet altered landscapes, Brig. Khetarpal encounters individuals who offer different perspectives on the conflict, including a former Pakistani officer, Lt Col Hanut Singh, played by Rahul Dev, whose past interactions with the Khetarpal family add layers of historical depth.
